Chelsea Watkins
FOUNDER/CEO
An LA native, 6th generation Californian, and the descendant of an outlaw, Chelsea's first professional job in the entertainment industry was at age 8. She has subsequently worked as a dancer, actor, writer, lit assist, acquisitions exec and producer. She holds an MFA in screenwriting from USC's School of Cinematic Arts, a B.A. in International Relations and French from USC Dornsife, and a certificate in Political Science from L'Institut des Etudes Politiques in Paris.
Melanie A. Ragone

Melanie, a native Californian from the Bay Area, is a 15-year veteran filmmaker who worked some of the largest feature films and television sets in the world. She worked on productions such as The Walking Dead, Captain America, The Hunger Games, and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Her work was featured in the New York Times article “What is a Grip? The Few Women Doing the Job in Hollywood Explain”.
Melanie authored Below the Line, a film crew survival guide, a practical advice book written directly from her experiences on set. She is passionate about telling women's stories and encouraging women to pursue careers in the film industry.
